Terms of use
PrayerList Pro is free, and we want its terms to be as simple as the app. Effective October 15, 2026.
The short version
- PrayerList Pro is free and offered as it is. We work hard on it, but we can’t promise it’s perfect.
- What you write is yours. Please share it with care.
- A Prayer Wall is public to everyone in the room.
- PrayerList Pro helps you pray. It isn’t counseling or medical care.
- Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.
Who we are
PrayerList Pro is made by Brandon Bernicky and published by Nextsulting LLC, an Illinois limited liability company in the United States (“we” and “us”). These terms cover the PrayerList Pro apps, this website and the Prayer Wall form at app.prayerlistpro.com. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you’re a child, please read them with a parent or guardian.
Our privacy policy explains what the app keeps on Apple devices, where it lives and what we receive.
Your license to use the app
On Apple devices, your license to use the app is Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and that license disagree about the app, the license applies. On Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply too.
Apple and Google aren’t responsible for PrayerList Pro or its support, so please bring your questions to us.
Free, with optional tips
There’s no subscription and nothing to unlock. On Apple devices, you can leave an optional tip if you’d like to support the work. Tips are voluntary, unlock nothing extra and aren’t tax-deductible. Apple handles the payment, and any refund, under its own policies.
What PrayerList Pro is, and isn’t
PrayerList Pro helps you remember the people you pray for, read Scripture and keep a journal. It isn’t counseling, or medical, mental-health or legal advice, and it doesn’t replace your church, your pastor or the people who care for you. If you or someone you’re praying for may be in danger, please contact local emergency services right away.
Ask and Sermon Recap use Apple Intelligence, and handwriting search reads your ink on your device. They can miss things or get things wrong, so please check what they show you against Scripture and your own notes.
What you write
Your prayers, journal and notes are yours, and you’re responsible for what you add and share. Many prayers are about other people, so before you share someone’s private details in a shared group or on a Prayer Wall, make sure they’d be glad for you to.
Syncing depends on your device and on Apple’s or Google’s services, and things can go wrong. Please use the app’s export options now and then to keep your own copy.
The Prayer Wall
A church, group or family (the host) can show a Prayer Wall on Apple TV. Requests sent to it appear on the screen for everyone in the room. Please don’t send anything unlawful, hateful, threatening or sexual, anything meant to embarrass someone, or spam.
Hosts choose where the wall is shown and who can see it, so they’re responsible for how it’s used in their setting. If you host, let people know the wall is public, keep an eye on it and remove anything that shouldn’t be there. Ending the session deletes its requests, as our privacy policy explains.
We don’t review requests before they appear. We may remove requests, or limit how many can be sent, to keep the wall safe.
Other services
Bible translations belong to their publishers, and the copyright notice under each chapter applies. The app gets them through YouVersion, Crossway and bible-api.com. Articles and devotionals in Resources reflect their authors’ views, and videos play from YouTube or Vimeo under those services’ own terms. We don’t control these services, and they can change or stop.
Fair use
Please don’t copy or resell the app, or try to break, overload or get around the security of anything these terms cover. We may change features, or stop offering them.
If you send us an idea, we may use it freely, with thanks. If you think something here uses your work without permission, tell us and we’ll look into it.
No warranties, and limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, PrayerList Pro, this website and the Prayer Wall are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the same extent, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50 or the total of the tips you gave in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is more.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for harm caused on purpose or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
If you live outside the United States and the law where you live gives you the right to have a dispute decided by your local courts, or under your local consumer protection law, these terms don’t take that right away.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version on this page, with a new effective date, before it takes effect. If you don’t agree with a change, you can stop using PrayerList Pro at any time.
This version is effective October 15, 2026.
